I get them a few times per year. If I'm going on a trip, I'm definitely getting one. I can't cut my toenails straight for shite. So I just go get a pedicure and get the feet looking nice for the beach.

If you see a Dallas Cowboy linebacker, get his autograph.

watching the news on TV. I’m sure they’d let me drink if I wanted to.
When that old lady digs her thumbs into my calf muscles then grabs those hot rocks. Dammit man.

It’s nice to get stoned and go get a pedicure then a massage from a middle aged Thai lady

The woman who sued my client said that she watched the person remove the instruments from the package. My client insisted that the instruments were properly sterilized.
The instruments can be spotless, but the foot baths and other surfaces can harbor various bugs, and a light cleaning between customers is not enough to sanitize the foot bath tub.
I doubt most salons are doing all of this:

Pay attention to the pedicure spa basin before you stick your feet in. Salons should be disinfecting those after each use. The EPA recommends that a hospital-grade disinfectant sit in the basin for about 10 minutes to kill bacteria; and if it's a whirlpool spa, the cleaner should be circulated throughout the entire unit. Then, after disinfection, the basin should be drained and rinsed with clean water. Some state regulations require salons to flush whirlpool basins with bleach every week, letting the bleach sit for more than eight hours, the EPA notes.
