And he already has a built in excuse of PTSD.

Well of course it was.
Obviously, when he specified that he wanted ALL of the crust cut off on his sandwich, he meant every last particle of crust.
However, his wife apparently interpreted his request as just "most" of the sandwich crust.

PTSD is real and people have legit problems from it but...
frick THIS GUY and everyone like him that runs up some BS excuse for their bad behavior. Personal responsibility is the bedrock of this country and people tear it down everyday with their excuses. Elected officials are the absolute worst. It's always some bullshite excuse (booze, drugs, gambling, sex addiction, etc) and I hate it. If he has PTSD, he should resign his position and work on it. Not use it as a crutch to excuse shitty personal choices.
