When we did occ med testing at my old clinic it was entertaining. We had a door for Occ Med and then a door for the Family Practice side in the same building.
There's a gas station across the parking lot. )Back to that in a bit )
Baw comes in and does his piss test. Then walks in the other door cause he has a burn on his leg. Perfect shape of an elmer's glue bottle, tape residue on the leg hairs. Didn't notice it was the same nurse on both sides. Found glue bottle and tale in FP waiting room trash.
End result: He went to the gas station to heat up the piss in the burrito microwave and walked over. Failed test and 2nd degree burns on leg.

Have a friend that is a pain management doc, they drug test all new patients, after a new patient had submitted their urine sample he went to exam room and asked the patient if they had a fever or were ill in any way, patient said no, and asked why, he told the patient that normal body temp is 98.6, the urine sample he gave them was 128 degrees.
