Well that's a bunch of horse shite. So someone can just hover 30' over your head and stare at you? Seems ridiculous. Wonder how many people actually shoot them down? You could always get someone to sneak behind it, if you can figure out which way the camera is facing, and pop it with a pellet gun without the owner getting the shooter on camera.
