No, it's correct because it's clear as day in the video.

Well considering he didn't move over to the right after passing the dark SUV, I think it's pretty obvious what he would do.

Pretending he wasn't passing a vehicle version #37

Centinel is claiming that he knows 100% exactly how close that truck was to the other vehicle in the right lane.

This type of scenario happens tens of thousands of times a day on interstates. Most sane people wait ten seconds to let the vehicle pass the vehicle in the right lane. The crazy/idiot ones decide to wreck their vehicles, go to the hospital, and wind up hours late.

Centinel also ignores the fact that the Honda was breaking NJ law by first attempting to pass in the right lane when it was not safe to do so.

This is a laughably bad take. The Accord was up the truck's arse well before the first pass was complete, and the truck was passing the red car after that. There is no defending the actions of the Accord driver.

I mean it's right there on video for you.

What does the Honda have to do with the truck failing to move back to the right lane after passing?

Not just that, but the truck was initially pretty quickly approaching the 2nd vehicle to pass. It probably would have been done in 5 seconds or so. It only took longer because he started braking on purpose.

He was way closer to that 2nd vehicle and the space between the 2 vehicles on the right are way smaller than Centinel is insinuating.

Funny that you're the only one in this thread claiming to see something that isn't there.

Correct, and the answer is the 2 vehicles on the right were much too closer together to assume braking and sliding in was the LAW as you cliam.

The honda was passing in the median when the truck was passing the first dark SUV?

I must have missed that part. Idiot.

We aren't the only ones downvoting your posts, idiot. Everyone in this thread is pretty much universally against you. Well, but for the nut who wants attempted murder charges on the truck driver.

Keep floundering. It is fun to watch.

That's not a part of the statute. It's when can you safely get back over. Which is not clear in this video because of the red suv

But you also said this:

Which is it? It can't be both, and yet you stated both.

Bingo...as long as you're passing someone.

And he was consistently passing cars in an area where it was crowded enough that it wouldn’t have been safe for him to move over.

The Accord owner was driving like a fricking idiot from the jump. And put multiple people in danger. frick them.

I downvoted. Because you have to be an idiot to even remotely defend the Accord driver.

Even if the truck was going too slow (and he wasn’t) in the left lane, you don’t try to pull the maneuver they did endangering multiple people on the road because you’re an inpatient frick.

There's a joke here about you joining the circle jerk with me and the other poster, but I'm a gentleman, so I'd never do that.
