There are like 10 doctors posting in this thread. Do y’all do any work when you’re at work?

This is probably your problem right here. Low fat foods are almost always higher in carbs and sugar. Many studies are showing that a low fat diet is actually bad for you and your heart

2.5 years ago my doctor prescribed me 20mg of Lipitor. I knew my colestrol was high and something needed to be done. 12 months later my blood work showed great improvements across the board. About 6 months later I started having leg cramps and back joint pain. I stopped taking it but still have some back pain. My new doctor said I never should have been prescribed it because overall I am low risk. I take red rice yeast and try to eat a little better. My problem is genetics so there is not much I can do. When I get older I’ll take something else but for now screw Lipitor

I know two people that got put on statins that suffered from stomach flu-like symptoms.
