So, Micah Johnson not only knew personally, but LOVED, Alton Sterling and Philando Castille? Weird coincidence that two different loved ones of the same individual would be killed in two separate incidents over a thousand miles apart in a 2-day period. So, of course, the natural reaction is to go to yet a 3rd location and kill a bunch of people who were hundreds of miles away from both incidents.

Stupidity, your name is Boyce Watkins.

Except that it's not true.

One of the most recent studies out of Harvard had the rate of deadly force as 1 out of 25,000 for whites and 1 out of 24,000 for blacks. Technically, blacks had a slightly higher rate at .000041% to whites .00004% but the difference was so incredible minuscule that the study found no tangible difference.

But this all for nothing. The black community keeps calling for a "discussion on race" when they want anything but.

While there have been more whites killed by police, they are not more likely to be killed by them. Blacks are killed by a higher rate than whites are.

He is being downvoted because he is wrong. Blacks are not killed at a higher rate than whites because you have to account for the number of crimes committed and the number of police interactions that result. In any given interaction by the police, a black man is no more likely than a white man to be shot by police. In fact, if the perp is unarmed they are more likely to be shot if they are white.

the truth is that he and those cops would be alive if the police officers weren’t out there consistently killing innocent people. In fact, Micah might still be serving his country as a member of the United States Military. But instead, they radicalized a young black man by repeatedly murdering those he loved and then telling him that his life means nothing.

The irony is that none of this is probably true.

Dr. Boyce Watkins is an absolute fraud pos. Hes so educated, but his vision is so skewer at the same time. He literally has no logic. Educated man who sounds like hes stupid

Crazy part is, about Mr. Long's letter, I actually sorta agree with him. In the letter he doesnt mention murder or anything, but only to not believe everything you told. Dig deeper, ask questions, and do your own research. But dont just blindly believe something someone tells you.

Unfortunately, that is where are similarities end. If only he practiced what he preached.
