I was a hooked brim for a couple seconds for sure

12 stories would be possible as I believe thatd still not surpass the height of the capital, right?

I would have bet 5 dollars Knoxville is the capitol of Tennessee and I was in Nashville a month ago. Not a good start to my day.

Waited until there was less than 2 hours left in the day to prank us.

Sounds like something I would do.

Despite popular belief...there is NO HEIGHT ORDINANCE in BR for the 450' foot tall State Capital. They can go Taller ; they just never have.

This 36-story proposed River Place condo tower was NEVER BUILT. It's height would have rivaled the State Capitol; but at a lower elevation near the river it likely would have been a little shorter.
