Can’t say that I go to the one in Ridgeland often, but it’s pretty slow when I do. It’s my go-to when we have taco night. Pastor, marinated chicken, steak, and chicharrones.

Mexican groceries, laundromats, and “authentic” hole in the wall Mexican restaurants are always a no-go on Sunday.

There is not much that smells worse than rotten chickens. I once worked at a restaurant and I grabbed a tub of chicken from the bottom shelf of the cooler. I opened it and it almost knocked me down. I gagged fire several minutes.
