Trump has been shot. Today is a second assassination attempt. He has faced losing his fortune due to civil suits. He is looking at spending the rest of his life in prison if he loses in November. His close friends and confidantes have been arrested and prosecuted for crimes nobody else would be investigated for. Much of this wouldn't be happening if he backed down and stopped running for office. And yet he keeps going, despite all this. Donald J. Trump has the biggest set of balls of any politician I've seen in a long time. It truly is impressive.

I already have my opinion. I think it’s a gorgeous state and would have been really odd to have a giant chunk of Mexico between Arizona and Texas.

You seem relatively level-headed in terms of broad political questions. During the debate w Joe, there was an exchange where Don said if there were any other choices that could do what he could do, he wouldn't be running at all. That he would rather not be and enjoying life outside of politics. Now, that's paraphrasing but if needed, I could look up thr transcript to provide exact context, quotes and the segment question which prompted it.

That's my short list. I loathe the neocons and the establishment GOP more than I do the Palestine wing of the Dems. Trump from a policy perspective is irrelevant to actual conservatism. He's a big spending populist who has seemed to piece together a bigger version of Ross Perot's 1992 coalition. However, what he has done is turn millions of Bush and Cheney types into folks who harbor deep suspicions about all of our institutions. That's a good thing.
