I think with podcasts you can find some "routine," as well. Yes, there are a crap ton of podcasts ot there, but after a little while, you find 2-3 in your "interest group" that you listen to regularly with the same hosts, just like radio stations.
Like, for instance, I like Survivor and have like 3 "Survivor podcasts" that I will listen to regularly. I'm not even trying the podcast with Joe Schmo giving his uneducated fan opinion on a janky podcast.
