Domestic dispute turns out to be man arguing with his parrot

A guy who worked at an exotic pet store told me when he would open up in the morning, he could hear the birds talking to each other. As soon as they heard the door unlock, they would shut up. He also told me some birds liked men and couldn't stand women, or vice versa, which may be relevant to the OP's story.

The vet where I bring my dog had a parrot that would whistle at women and say Nice arse.

Many years ago, I walked into a pet store in Mandeville and heard something singing "God Bless America" word for word. It was a green head parrot that some old lady in Beau Chene owned. The pet store was boarding the pet while she was out of town.

My grandma had a parrot that would call my uncle an a-hole every time he walked in the room. Was hilarious
