It does. But such a group (or Kabal) has never truly disappeared or ever yielded their power over the millennia. They've used stealth and the power and tricks of Lucifer ( their "god" and god of this world) to rule the world.
Like Dracula they've managed to operate in the dark,merely changed identity, names, locations and base of power in blending in seamlessly with the nations, kingdoms, civilizations -- and even churches to co-opt all but the faithful and wise.
Everything is out in the open nowadays -- they proudly reveal themselves and don't care.

Let's add $3 trillion to the National Debt this year, impose tariffs (import taxes) on the economy, bragging about all the money foreign governments are paying us (pro tip - they're not you are), and start a Global Trade War ignoring mutually cooperative principles that made the United States the economic powerhouse of the world, while also pissing off our main trading partners, with inflationary effects. For starters.
Interest on the National Debt now exceeds what we spend on the entire DoD and other large security departments. Medical expenses, whether publicly or privately insured, are out of control. Wonder if there's a reason or that? Insurance companies and Big Pharma, anyone? Great lobbyists and campaign contribution payoffs ain't cheap.
Regardless of your political convictions, and neither party has clean hands in this fiasco, I'll leave with this thought.
