Public property at the curb.
I just throw them down the drain.

If it’s public property then why do I pay for someone to pick it up?

It’s not okay to throw your dogs shite in other people’s trash cans.
It’s your dog, use your yard and your garbage cans.
I get tired as shite people using my yard as their own personal dog park.
I’ve actaly had to tell one lady that walks her 3 dogs 18 times a day to keep her dogs off my lawn because they urinate and shite, and even though she picks up the shite, the urine burns the grass and the dogs peel out and make holes and patches on the lawn.
Could not agree more.

By a 6–2 vote (Justice Kennedy took no part in the case), the Court held that under the Fourth Amendment, no warrant was necessary to search the trash because Greenwood had no reasonable expectation of privacy in it. Although Greenwood had hidden the trash from view by putting in opaque plastic bags and expected it to be on the street only a short time before it would be taken to the dump, the Court believed it to be “common knowledge” that garbage at the side of the street is “readily accessible to animals, children, scavengers, snoops, and other members of the public.” Moreover, Greenwood had left the trash there expressly so that the trash collector, a stranger, could take it. Quoting Katz v. United States, the court concluded that "[w]hat a person knowingly exposes to the public, even in his own home or office, is not a subject of Fourth Amendment protection."
California v Greenwood.

Talk to me when a dog shits on your baker's rack.

I'm not necessarily concerned with the legality, although we have have a statute on it. Illegal or not, it's very inconsiderate IMO.
I don't take old diapers from my house and throw them in other people's trash, I guess that's okay also?

That doesn’t say anything about it being legal for someone to dump their trash in my trash can.
If it’s illegal for me to dump my fish caucus and crawfish shells in the McDonald’s dumpster then it’s illegal for you to dump your dog shite in my trash can.

I get mad as frick when trash cans smell bad too
Posted on 5/21/18 at 6:03 pm to rondo
I had a neighbor leave a note on my can saying that it smelled bad. I laughed and tore the note up and went about my day.
I’m sorry that the trash can stinks. My trash goes in it.

Worse is when lazy asses leave their kid's diaper in the parking lot instead of taking those 20 steps to the trash can by the cart corral.

I could be wrong, but these aren't provided by the city, are they? Your trash at home is. Utility vs privately owned.
Most likely all of this depends on the city or county/parish and their laws on illegal dumping.

I do t give AF if someone puts bagged and tied shite in my garbage can. I don’t care if it’s empty.
People are such vaginas these days. Do you not have real things to worry about?

Some lady tonight was walking her little shitzu and stopped to let it shite in my yard, she did not see me at first on the front porch.....once she saw me...she started jogging away while pulling the dog as it still was shitting.
Not only did she leave dog shite in my yard....it was spread out instead of one nice easy pile to pick up.
People suck sometimes. Get over it.

Yeah I couldn't give a shite less. It's a trash can that stays outside.
As long as it's not evidence from a crime you committed or a whole garbage bag, it's fine.

See I'd be pissed about that. If you walk your dog often, you know whether or not they shite 30 times along the way.
One of mine will shite no less than 3 times every walk she goes on. So I bring a bunch of bags with me.

I’m still paying for it. Just because water is provided by the city doesn’t mean I can take a shower using your garden hose.
Same with electricity, I can’t just plug into your outside outlets to light up my Christmas decorations

Okay how about this? Let’s say it’s Monday afternoon and the trashman passed earlier in the day and your trash can is still out by the curb, empty. You haven’t had a chance to bring it in yet.
Since it’s still at the curb, am I allowed to dump anything I want in your empty can? Fish guts, lawn clippings, dog shite, baby diapers, etc?

Like I said, refer to your local laws on illegal dumping. It's probably all illegal or all legal.

Had this happen to me in my neighborhood. I caught the guy red handed dumping into my empty can.
We had a few choice words on the street and I shamed him into retrieving his dog feces from my can. frick the pole smoker that thinks it's okay to walk his beagles (who has two beagles as inside dogs, but I digress) and dump it into my empty trashcan.
As I get older, I am really starting to notice what absolute assholes most of the people surrounding me are (and I like people because their stupidity amuses me).
If this is any indication, we are truly in the "end of days".
