Yea the boyfriend/husband says its a bulldog.

Yeah. That's why I labeled it as just "dog" in the title. Chances are it's a pit bull, but with just this article to go on, it can't be confirmed.

American Bulldogs and pitbulls are so different it's almost impossible to get them confused.

So she thought a speaker and a golf bag stand would be enough to keep a 126 lb pit bull terrier named Killer in a kitchen? She deserves this, but her baby didn't.

Dog killed the neighbors cat too.

lol ambulldogs are much larger with bigger heads. Pitbulls don't ever get to the size of an Ambulldog.

126lbs lets me know it's not a pitbull. Pitbulls don't weigh that much

ETA: we're in the article does it give the dogs weight?

People do not understand that a fully grown male pitbull will MAYBE.....MAYBE reach 70 pounds, and that is pretty rare.

Had to shoot and kill one of those about a month ago. It was very humane as I put the .22 bullet between the eyes. He fell immediately. No pain at all.

That's some fine reporting there Lou

You bet that if this happened in the U.S., nearly every paragraph would reiterate its pit bull-like-ness and have pictures everywhere.

This is about as accurate as you can get. I guess it's easier for me to distinguish among the breeds because I'm around them so much, but I can tell the difference between an Amstaff and a Pitbull from a mile away, it seems like.

It says it's a 9 stone dog, stone is a unit of weight measurement in England. One stone equals 14 pounds.

But for people who are not around them daily, I can see how it's easy to mistake one for the other.
