They sliced it open and left it open to drain. Pretty disgusting actually. But healed up fine.
It ended up being a pocket of blood and puss. Surgery for Monday to drain it and put a tube in if they have too. Thankfully, the old girl will be fine.

amazing that she will come through that so well...that was a hell of an infection...
