I've been feeding my 2yr old lan Eukanuba but he has such bad gas that it peels the paint off the walls. So, what brand of dog food do you suggest I switch to?

I use Taste of the Wild, which was highly recommended from 2 vets, and my weimaraner does the same thing. It's killing us, so I'd be interested in the responses.

I was thinking of the Iams ProActive but I've also heard that it's not so good.

Not Blue Buffalo
I couldn't tell you. We feed our Dachshunds Wellness and they will run you out the room.

As much dog shite as my dogs like to eat, the dog food companies should sell dog shite flavor food.

I swapped my dog over to Tractor Supply’s 4Health - Sensitive Stomach and so far it seems to be helping a lot.

I swapped to Blue Buffalo and my dog was throwing up and grew a fatty tumor on it's ear.

I've had my 10YO FBD on it for her whole life. Shes fine. She farts. Animals do it. But she's not rancid.
As for the different foods, I've had my pack 'o rescue mutts on cheap Purina Dog Chow forever. They are all healthy and living long (way too long) lives. Premium dog food is better than lower tier lines, but most of them are all good.
Just need to try them all and see what works best for your pup. I suggest Iams.

Nutro is a decent brand. Although they may tend to gain weight on it.

Give him a heaping table spoon of plain yogurt with his meal. Start him on probiotics

My dogs eat Alpo Prime Cuts and they love the stuff. Never have bad gas. Always shite good solid turds. 20 oz cup twice a day for each pup.
Blows my mind. I fed those bastards Pro Plan for like 2.5 years.

Website that ranks dog foods
I feed eukanuba as well and my dogs do not have gas. I was feeding. I was on pro plan but they were having issues. Try different foods but slowly change them to the new stuff.

You could try a limited ingredient high quality dog food. I always liked Wellness Core for that
I switched to Crave dog food. It gets pretty high reviews, good ingredients + Amazon Subscribe & Save discount. Also, the local Publix grocery store sells it in case I run out and need something quick
