Boxer wants to stay out but comes back in pretty quickly. Lab mix comes back inside the first time I call him, which is not typical. They definitely look lethargic, but I think it may be because all the blinds are closed. They can’t even look out the windows.

I have hounds
They are lethargic indoors and outdoors
They are lethargic in winter and summer
Only time they show real signs of life is feeding time and consume it like Speedy Gonzales.
