My dog looks depressed when he gets a shower, but loves being sprayed with the hose.
He smells like dog soap when he gets any kind of wet, so I don't give him showers. He either goes swimming, or gets sprayed with the hose

My chocolate tolerates it, but it’s like trying to towel dry a bucking bull after. My white does well with the bath, but I swear that dog acts like she’s at a damn spa after. Grab a towel and her arse sits in front of you waiting. Start drying her and here comes the 85 pound chocolate bouncing and spinning around. Starr drying him and she’s trying to get her muzzle under the towel before she’s even had a bath.

I never understood why my dog hated baths. Warm water getting all the dirt off for you sounds like it would be pleasurable

my dog is scared shitless of the hose but will sleep in a down pour or stay in the pond with just his nose out for hours. dogs are weird.
