Then there is this whole "I just got in a wreck with this super hot looking single chick. Fate has shined upon me."

The knighting in this thread has been fricking pathetic.

Even if I get them to sign a release?

I never even thought about any of this stuff. I really don't want to have to pay my attorney but I guess I need to call him

I thought it tame, compared to the volume and desperation typically aired in these illustrative life failure threads.

so you were ok that people took all that FEMA money and bought flat screen TV's for their FEMA trailers instead of using what the money was intended for?

Probably the only thing you should take away from this thread. Even posters in here that might be attorneys cannot offer you legal advice.

right but if there's no police report to go by it's one person's word against the other's

this woman could spend the next 3 years at the doctors for "neck injuries" and Paige's dad would be on the line for everything

she could do that either way but it would be much easier since they didn't call the cops

as it stands right now she's probably passing up a quick settlement by not filing it

Quit reading this thread. 90% of the info people are giving you is completely false. Never depend on the retards of the OT to direct you in anything of value.

haha. well that is just a turrible analogy isn't it.

However, they shouldn't have done that IMO, but people can do with their money as they wish.

A better analogy would be where someone is at fault, not a natural disaster. Also where it isn't public money donated and instead private money given by the person at fault.

I dont have time to wait around for NOPD to come write a police report for a little fender bender.....if it's my fault I'm letting my insurance co handle it, if their then we're calling their insurance at the scene before we leave.

cheaper for insurance companies to offer her a few thousand for her to sign off any future liability than fight with it

Print your posts about extortion, fraud, fema analogy, and not being able to treat because it was just scratches on the bumper, show them to your attorney at your weekly drink meeting, and post his reaction.

Mistake #1 is getting into any argument on the OT.

Mistake #2 is not knowing most of these posters probably fantasize about you.

Free advice as entertaining as these threads are.
