Was gonna say richmond, VA.
- "southern trash" - minimal to none in the Richmond area - all the rednecks/white trash are situated to the west or south in the state
- "no mass liberals" - the city is liberal( though we haven't taken down our statues) as in any big city, the surrounding suburbs/counties are red
- no texas
- no culcha - may be the only rub for you, the inner city is to an extent, but the west end and burbs are white bread.

When I was in Alaska there was a legit 10 working as a host at Glacier Brewhouse in Anchorage
