Does This Kid's Parents Deserve An Award For Child Safety?

This was about a week or so ago, but this kid remained this way as the vehicle took off.
Sad thing is, if they get in a wreck, the kid is likely to be the most at risk of being seriously injured or even killed.. And then the parents/guardians will be wondering "why it had to happen to him".

This is what I love about the OT. Its a gamble. You start a thread and you have no idea what direction it will go. Its all about how the first several post go. All it takes is for someone to have a different take on the first page and it will go for pages.
True story, I have made bets with someone (same person each time) on my thread. We set an over/under on how many pages it goes.. And its official once the thread drops to page 2 (if the thread gets bumped it doesn't count.. Its official once it goes to page 2 the first time because obviously I could post in it to bump it up otherwise)l
We have bet on maybe 8-10 threads ive started and I have won 3 because you son of a bitches are unpredictable as frick.
