Does spicy food give you the ring sting?

I ate Indian food Wednesday evening knowing that sometime between Thursday and the weekend I was going to have a bad time.

That bad time was at approximately 7AM this morning with 20 mins or so of cramps, noxious fumes that could peel paint, and lava shits. But no pain, no gain am I right?

My mouth enjoys writing checks my arse can’t cash, and I don’t mean that in a homosexual way (not that there’s anything wrong with that).

Who among you can throw down the spice and never experience the aftershocks?

And who among you can’t?

Upvote = can
Downvote = can’t

I’d like to commiserate on this Friday morning with others suffering from a severe case of the chap arse.

I can deal with the aftershocks, but surviving the heartburn that comes before the aftershocks is what I can't deal with it. Fortunately, I take medication for it.

Had a sauce in the UAE that damn near turned me inside out.

Actually. It wasn't very funny at the time.

why are you eating shite that you know is going to make you miserable?

And me, no, bring on lamb vindaloo. Just had it last weekend. Solid meal and as usual, no issues.

I probably could have released the demons last night, but I chose to go to sleep in fear of the consequences.

I awoke to Satan himself knocking at the back door.

Sometimes it does, but not always. However, anytime I go out for Chinese hot pot I’m duecing hot lava for two days. No getting around that

Spicy food in general? I've been eating it since I was a kid so it doesn't effect me that much.

When I get some weird spices, like Indian food, I get some reaction, but nothing that can't be handled.

I love the Indian, and plenty hot suits me fine. It never burns out the other end. But jalapeno, serrano, scotch bonnet & the like are all eat once, burn twice.
