Ive given up my snacks of roasted cashews when I come home. I’m down about two lbs.

I gave in and had a little peanut butter on bread earlier.

Is peanut butter considered a nut?

It’s a legume with a similiar protein structure as nuts.

I hope not. My dog LOVES it when I put it on. Makes me feel good too.
