Anynody got a recipe that emulates Zatarain's spanish rice? Love that stuff, but it is nowhere to be found on store shelves around here.

The little bottles of Tobasco they put in MREs got me eating it on all sorts of things like 35 years ago. And I still like it. But it’s not my first choice now.

It’s great mixed into a bowl of red beans and rice with sausage.

Someone suggested Crystal Garlic hot sauce on here before. I got a bottle and like it.

I like Cholula for specific meals… chili, glazes, topping for rotisserie.

Tobasco for everyday scrambled eggs, spinach, omelets, crackers, red beans…

Tabasco on a fried shrimp Poboy is top notch. Also mixed with Heinz ketchup is amazing

It adds a little bit of kick to some dishes. It deepens the flavor profile of some dressings and sauces.

Love Tabasco. The chipotle and garlic pepper ones are the best.

These are both good. The k.o. is the perfect amount of heat to feel it but still enjoy your food. Price is insane though.

Tabasco has a bad vinegar to pepper ratio. It’s for Yankees and Southern Baptists.

You gotta go with da Crystals.

Vinegar based hot sauces are just plain awful.

Tabasco is highly overrated.

Entirely depends on what I am putting it on but in some circumstances it cannot be beat. I'll even toss it in with a bag of lays chips and shake it around for a tabasco kick

If I’m anywhere and want to eat fried seafood, I check to see what hot sauce is in the establishment before ordering. If I don’t see Crystal or Louisiana Hot sauce, I’m not eating fried seafood. I’d rather eat a salad.

Tabasco sucks.

Side note: Tabasco is everywhere in Europe.
