Does anyone on here not think we are screwing this up

Our response to the cornovirius pandemic so far has been freaking pathetic. Most of info has been wrong, announcements bungled, outright lie after lie, complete lack of planning, test availability, last nights stupid speech was most expensive in human history, shortages everywhere, mass panic and we are in the first inning.
I guess the question is are we going to get our shite together on this or not.

To me this is like the Boston bombing situation. We'll have hoardes of internet heros litigating the situation in real time, probably landing on an answer that is wrong as frick, and eventually, after more casualties than we wanted, and way slower than we wanted it to happen, it will be solved and go away, and none of you will come back and say how wrong you were about that first initial assessment.
Or maybe, just this once, for the first time in history, the internet hoard is right, and at that point, we're all fricked and who cares?

We will be fine
We still have the best Health Care in the world.
We have the most stable, deep, wide economy
There have been some overreaction and some slow reactions.
We need som good old fashioned propagandists to create some simple charts and visual aids Trump should have used thiese much in the same way Perot did in 92
If you're feeling poorly stay home and rest for at least 3 days( stop going out on public you stupid fricks that feel sick)
take your temperature several times a day if it spikes and stays elevated call your Dr
wash your fricking hands
