Thinking of buying a couple and doing some outdoor stuff with them instead of constantly going to the gym.

If you use them, how do you like them?

Are those the things you attach to your scrotum as you do squats?

Yes they are great for workout back, arms & shoulders. Do kettlebell swings, farmers carry, also while doing squats or standing pull ups. Good luck

How good are they for working the core? I'm assuming the squat work does well for this?

Want to know how I know you don't know what you're talking about?

Kettle bells have been around for a very long time.

My guess is any move with a swing, thrust, snatch will work the core. Even holding it while doing sit-ups
