Or as a child but more interested in adults obviously. What does your mind feel like unmedicated? What do you feel like medicated and what drugs?

Would you consider a person who is on multiple different trains of thought, lazy?

It’s a bullshite disorder. Are you suggesting amphetamines allow you to focus?

Not in the slightest. I know several people that clearly need medication. It’s night and day.

I was diagnosed and prescribed vyvanse. It made me aggressive all the time. Stopped taking it after about 6 months and that was 10 years ago. I function just fine but sometimes I have to really work to reign myself in.

I think it's too misdiagnosed in adults and children and question if my diagnosis was accurate.

I think anyone can adjust if they work at it without resorting to medication.

I wander into rooms and don't know why I'm there, make multiple u-turns while driving and set things down and can't find them. I forget people's names as they are telling me. Start a podcast and an hour in, I have no idea what's happening with it. This is old people shite, and I'm 44.

I am also capable of deep thought and focus, but it is not my natural state.

Not going to the doc though. It wouldn't be fair to the rest of mankind if I was focused all the time.

Slightly different daily but I’m of the when I don’t self medicate(pot) my mind can’t stay on topic more than a few minutes

I was diagnosed as a child. I don't think I've out grown it but I don't take any medicine. Unless you count the occasional weekend coke binge.

I got “diagnosed” to help study for my CPA exams. It really is a game changer for concentration purposes but I only took it while studying.
