Does anyone buy cars/trucks that were ruined from flood water?

My truck and an old Toyota avalon that I was getting ready to sell were both completely submerged for a couple days. The car was uninsured and I only carried liability on the truck. Im hoping to turn these into a little cash.

It's 2003 f150. It was my work Truck. It was probably worth about $4000 before the flood.
