I don't recall many fights, probably had a cpl
anyways, that's because you are paralyzed in your dreams
I recall many dreams where I'm running, or at least trying to....felt like quicksand

I have the same exact dream, I can't swing my arms!

I'll land 100 punches but none of them hurt the guy I'm fighting. If I try to run I propell my self upward with every step. It's like there is not enough gravity or like running under water. And can never finish in my sexy time dreams.

I have this one all the time. Haha

I'm in my 20's and super fit in all of my dreams. Can climb up and down big hills, stadiums, buildings, etc., but I nearly always lose my car. Many of my dreams end up being me looking for my car. I don't even have that car anymore.

In dreams, I feel like I can't ever throw a punch with any force.. I can't connect and if I do, it's all weak and shizz...

It's because punching (like running) is a highly-coordinated activity that relies on proprioceptive feedback throughout the motion to work.
The predominant theory is that it has to do with what type brain activity you are having while sleeping. (What stage of sleep you are in)
