Can’t do surgery until my cardiologist allows me to get off blood thinners, could be December or later….

No. It only works on people susceptible to the placebo effect.

So try it. You might be one of those people.

I’ve done dry needling by a physical therapist for a low grade rotator cuff tear it helped.

It can, but it’s purely because of placebo. No scientific basis behind it

I’ve done tons of dry needling and I’ve recently done acupuncture.

The dry needling did wonders for my shoulder and neck but nothing for my lower back. The acupuncture has done little for my neck (dry needling legit fixed my shoulder issue) but has done a lot for my lower back.

If you have a skilled acupuncturist who can hit the right spot, it works. Same with dry needling. Why one worked on my neck and shoulder but not my back and the other has done wonders for my back and not neck, I haven’t a clue.
