I have never seen a name attached but it was Dodge running the testing and I assume one of the in-house testers at Dodge.
Don't get me wrong moving a 4200 pound car to a 9.65 with "just" 840hp and a torque limited launch is a serious feat but the numbers are going to be difficult to reproduce even on sea level tracks.
