I have HDADD. I can’t pay attention but when I do, the quality is amazing

Years ago, I went through an evaluation with a psychologist for the diagnosis - then my primary care physician managed my medication. He's since retired, but my current primary care doctor required a copy of the psych evaluation/diagnosis to continue my medication.

He's in the boutique model now. You'll pay $1200 a year membership completely unrelated to your copays, deductible, etc.
But he is very good.
