Imagine if there were no consequences for what is deemed as bad behavior. Would most people just "do the right thing" anyway. No, most people would not.

That's why we need these universal ideals to keep us in check. Love, justice, fraternity, equality of opportunity. And we need to keep the dialogue going as to what those words mean so we know when they are being used for unjust ends.

Yes I do but more often than not I get screwed because of it.
