I don't. I never had a strong accent to begin with (spent a lot of time in NJ as a kid), but it was lost completely when I moved here 7 years ago. One thing, however, that gives me away is my vernacular. I say 18 wheeler, 'might could' (I still don't see how this is incorrect), etc. You can't shake off the words in your head, but you can pronounce them differently
