I shave down there with a double edge safety razor. I've never cut myself. The scrotum especially is surprisingly resilient.

I just can't do it. Every time I get close with a bladed razor my hand starts to shake.

I like a safety razor because there is only one blade to focus on. With a cartridge razor,any one of those blades could slice me up at the awkward angles.
