Adults who make a big deal out of their birthdays bother me
Most are also weird Disney adults types

My sibling works with a girl who exclaims that her birthday month, July,is "The Month of Laura"
So much to the point that in emails, messages etc are dated, in the likes of "Laura 15th, 2025", etc.

Yep.
My cousins wife is obsessed with her birthday (month). Literally posts/talks about it every day of said month. So fricking annoying, no one gives a shite

Personally, after about 30, I quit giving any kind of shite about my birthday.
Anyone over 25 calling it their "birth month" and doing all of this bizarre shite at work is a psychopath. And guess who they primarily are. Not men, the other ones

My wife is hyper something about making certain other people have a good birthday....which requires that I do the same for her. She doesn't insist on it but it seems like the right thing to do given she makes such a big deal over everyone's else....

The same as people who take the day off for their birthday. Really?
I work with multiple mid-20s adult males that think this is some natural happening, like it's to be expected. Like naturally everyone takes off to celebrate their birthdays, right?
I'm only in my late 30s, but this absolutely makes me "old man screaming at clouds" level angry. After you're 21 no grown man should care about or pamper themselves on their birthday. It makes me irrationally angry, this is what's wrong with America

My wife worked with a friend who would start telling people her birthday was coming up a month in advance!
