I dropped off a package and the woman nearly forced me to make a donation because I didn’t tape the shipping label to my box prior to coming into the store. It seemed as if it was an inconvenience for HER to tape it for me. I told her I had shipping tape in the car and that I’d go out and take care of it but she kept taping it and started fussing about me not being prepared before drop off. She told me twice to make a donation and I refused. I also never received a receipt for my shipment.

After getting home I decided I really wanted my receipt. Luckily I live within a couple minutes drive of the store. I get back to the store prior to them closing and another staff member was giving me a hard time. She said she couldn’t print out a receipt because the package was already in the truck, so I asked her if they normally not offer receipts. Her rebuttal was “Well, most people don’t ask for receipts.”

So happens the UPS delivery driver was at the location picking up the day’s packages. He was nice enough to let me get my package off his truck to rescan for a receipt. The woman was very lazy about the entire situation. After getting my receipt I offered to drop my package off near the truck for the guy, and he came outside and said “Man, she was really making it seem like that was a hard process.”

EVEN THE UPS DELVERY GUY NOTICES A LACK OF QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.

Not to mention the fact the store rarely opens on time. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

If I could give this place a zero I would.
