When I was a teen I would get those really deep, sore abscesses. The ones you cant really tell are there from the outside other than a slight lump and a little faint redness.
They didnt always get to the point that they could be released but I relieved a few that hurt like a motherfricker and when they opened up, nearly brought me to my knees.
Gross but spectacular.
