I'd still be drinking milk if I didn't have freaking Colitis.
Miss it all the time. Sucks horribly. Miss my protein shakes after workouts.

Fairlife Whole Milk because it’s real milk that is lactose free. Taste exactly like regular milk, doesn’t irritate the the stomach, and is half the carbohydrates of regular milk.

I drink at least a gallon and half per week... Love milk. Always with cereal or pbj!
