I define terrorism as an act of violence, or threat of violence, to instill fear among a population for the purposes of advancing an agenda or ideology. This is my guideline. People go out and do crazy shite like shooting people does not, in my book, count as terrorism.

I'm not sure about that yet, but BLM has certainly inspired a string of terror attacks in the US.

What if they announce on social media that they are going out and shooting people to instill fear in the population and advance an agenda or ideology?
