Do you bother reporting missing Amazon packages to the courier?

Or do you just settle for Amazon refunding you?

Not with Amazon but certainly on some out of print laserdiscs I ordered from Ken Cranes a few years ago.

They finally showed up.

I got a refund for a missing package and it showed up a few days later.

Always a good idea. If the carrier receives frequent reports from the same zip code they know to investigate. Amazon will likely tell them as well.

Not if it’s an amazon package but I can’t remember the last time I had a package that didn’t come from amazon.

Man, that is a blast from the past. I think it was about $200 that I paid for the Star Wars trilogy box set back in the mid-90s which was in print at the time. I remember paying stupid money for some of the Disney movies that hadn't been released here but had been in China, you could switch from English to Cantonese. That was amazing then.

I don't like the idea of some frickerz thinking they're getting away scot-free lifting Amazon boxes.

Did you have any rot? I had some early 80's Disney titles that are visibly degraded.
I have some others (olivia newton john in concert) that are also old but still look really good.

I used to. Then I stopped using Amazon. I came to the realization that Amazon is for lazy people who don't care if the likes of Amazon spy on their everyday lives, and profit off of it.

I wouldn’t say Amazon is for lazy people. I just think people/sheeple haven’t figured out that most of the things they buy from the Amazon 1) can be found with free 2-day shipping somewhere else 2) not everything needs to arrive in 2 days.
