Lol I guess. Over time I've been amazed at how much garbage information we are fed by the government, medical community, and just society in general. Considering how much I love eating steak, felt like I had to chime in

Al Michaels (the announcer) eats only a steak every night for dinner.
No side dishes and usually at the same restaurant in L.A.
ETA: He has red wine with it.

Dude you are the first person that I can say is running a close race to me. I'm like hank hill, I eat like four or five whole cows a year.
Hurricane, being completely honest, I eat at least 10lbs of meat every week, no exceptions unless I am doing a fat fast. I average close to 15lbs a week though. Sometimes more sometimes less depending on the amount of protein shakes I take in and the amount of protein I need at the time.
How in the frick can you be a man and not eat meat at least once a day, honestly how the hell can you not eat it every meal. Wtf do you eat if not meat? My mind is 100% completely blown. I thought only figs and girls from cali where vegetarians.
You need to listen to junky and get some beef in your diet. I literally eat a pound a day90% of the time. Do grass fed if you can.

The only meat my wife eats is chicken, but she barely eats that 1 or 2 times a week. Pasta pasta pasta

I usually have either a bacon, ham, or tenderloin biscuit for breakfast. Hell sometimes 2 of the 3.

This! I eat more red meat than maybe anyone alive. The past 10 years I average 6-8 Ribeyes a week and at some points for months at a time I'll go up to 12-14 1 pound Ribeyes each week. When I tell people how much steak I eat they act like I'm going to die on the spot. I'm 43 years old, 6'4 tall, weigh 250 pounds around 10-12% body fat.
I feel honored you felt the need to provide your first post responding to me. My meat only zero carb attitudes are known. I probably cover 2 or so lbs of meat and 3-4 eggs a day.

Yep. Steak at least 3 times a week, Pork Chops, Chicken.
Really don't care much for fish.
Yep I'm old and I could stand to lose some weight. Cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar levels are all great.
So really don't concern myself with what people tell me I should be eating. I've outlived quite a few health nuts. I expect I'll outlast a bunch more before I'm done.

I eat a lot of chickens. It's kind of funny when you think about chickens. And how many of them we eat. Chickens must've really fricking hate people. Like probably more than any animal has hated another animal in the history of the world. Yeah, there are other predators and such, but like the rate at which we eat chickens; pretty universally too, is quite astonishing.
And now...
Deep Thoughts

I eat meat every day. either sliced organic turkey and/or grass fed cow from South Dakota, which is what I can get so far from civilization. they truck it in frozen. I have them band saw the 1 lb chunks into 6 pieces.
also organic chicken once or twice a week. a hearty chicken stew or soup.
fish too. at least once, sometimes twice a day. breakfast every day. period.
