Sure it can happen, and in previous relationships it has, but I can legitimately tell you I've never heard/smelled my wife pass gas in the 5 years we've been together.

20 years of marriage have confirmed for me the fact that women in fact do not pass gas nor do they deficate. If they did I'd have seen evidence by now.
