Unfortunately, the female body can not regenerate the region unless they get treatment. Have to go to the GYN to get options to promote healing and to bring back layers and moisture in the region.
Hell no, women do not want to go through it. I certainly would not deal with flush, bone loss, bladder issues, severe dryness of the vagina that is shrinking that is constantly itching, extreme painful sex, etc.
Told my wife hope she never goes through it (she will). If she does, told her good luck.

hair loss, anxiety, heart palpitations, digestive issues. Sounds like so much fun. I can't wait. But, hey, can't get pregnant
