Yes. Women marry for security, but you probably don't want to know their fantasies

You have just made your self an easy target for good natured internet ribbing but when said ribbing has occured you have either lashed out and tried to act that this tough guy biker or turned into a whiny little bitch like you are doing currently.
When have I ever tried acting like a "tough guy biker"? Yes, I've made it no secret I'm a biker and a member of an MC. But when have I ever tried claiming that is anything special or "tough"? I think you're putting meanings into things I've said that have nothing to with what I've actually said. You're projecting your own preconceived notions onto me when you don't know anything about me. You have a problem with me, that much is clear. And all I can say is that's your problem. I don't know you, I don't care one way or the other about you. You're nothing to me, good or bad. But it's clear I'm something to you. And that's something you're going to have to work through.

At least they found an episode or two to quiet down Maggie's horrible southern accent.
Yes, I'm still pissed about the haircut. We get it, you're gonna die.

Very true. First they start the war with the Saviors. They don't know who they are, how many of them there are, or how well armed they are. Then right after starting the war they keep splitting up and galavanting all over the countryside.
And then there's the whole RV trip. After about the second road block they should have realized they were in a dangerous situation, facing a big and well armed force capable of coordinating a pretty extensive operation. But instead of getting back to the relative safety of Alexandria, they just keep thrashing around until they're trapped. Stupid.
And then there's the RV itself. We have seen they've got access to things like welder a and scrap metal. Why have they not turned that thing into a big tank? They could have modified that RV long ago into a vehicle capable of busting through barriers while being virtually immune to anything less than an RPG. Why didn't they do this?

I did this to you. Me.

Yep. My first thought was get back to Alexandria and then send a stealth two man team to hike it to Hilltop and bring the doctor back to Maggie.
Alternatively, before they ever tried an alternate route, they should have feinted a retreat and then scouted to see if the first roadblock was still there or if they moved to block an alternate route. Probably would not have expected them to try the same route twice. And btw, they did move the first roadblock bc the guys from the first one were there at the last one.
Also, they ignore the whole time the very likely scenario that the Saviors know exactly where they are going. The way they got into the war in the first place was retaliating on behalf of the Hilltoppers. Like the Saviors don't know this?

There is one other thing I'd like to know about the RV trip. How did the Saviors know they were even going on the trip? They had multiple roadblocks, all manned, and one of them even had a huge pile of trees blocking the road and another with a daisy chain of walkers.
I could see the Saviors already having the tress blocking the road beforehand. But how did they put together such an extensive plan involving numerous small "units" all spread out and seperated over several miles on such short notice?

Because they have a spy inside. I like the theory that the teen-angst girl is it and gave Maggie poisoned pickles to make her sick; because they knew that would draw the heavy hitters out to get her to the Dr at the Hilltop. Also, killing Ellick's only Dr was not an accident.
ETA: On topic, I think Darryl is dreamy.

I think that's at least a possibility. Her past is a bit shady. And she had a habit of disappearing outside Alexandrea. She acted like it was to just get away. But was she really going out and passing on info to the Saviors? And she really did want to go on that trip until Carl locked her in that closet. Was the real reason she wanted to go because her work there in Alexandria was finished and she wanted to get back to her own side, namely the Saviors?

Seems legit. I will take it back to the TV Board now though.
FWIW, you seem to be an OK dude. But I will still frick with you periodically for my own amusement. It's not personal, it's the internet.

Not all women are going to go for the same type of guy, but in general if a guy has the confidence or "swag" and is an Alpha, most women will take to him depending on other preferences. For instance, doctors. An alpha male Dr. can absolutely clean up in a hospital. They same goes for bankers, accountants, etc. Alpha males that earn a lot of money will generally get a lot of poon.

What women want and what women desire are polar opposite things. Security sure is nice, but danger gets their engine going.

The only woman on television I would even put on a par with her would be Alison Brie.
