I guess you don’t know why it was created. Way back when before we had the luxuries that we do today it was to extend the day so people could get more done. You know back in the day when it got dark and everything shut down. I wish we would stay on normal time year round. I believe it passed in the Louisiana legislature a few years back but I think it has to be ok’d by the feds for some reason

Day light savings does not make the day longer. We get the same number of hours of sunlight regardless of what your clock says
