Well that is kind of a trick question because most Australian toilets use a wider hole and a center jet to flush so it can go any way depending on water flow.

But if you stabilize the water and do a simple drain, the direction will be different north and south of the equator. Here is a video from Uganda that lies on the Equator where you can drain water north, south, and on the Equator.
