Either Georgia does it differently than where you live or it is only if convicted. I have been arrested for violent felonies twice yet neither time has my DNA been taken and neither time convicted.

I've been swabbed in both Louisiana and Florida and have never ever had a violent charge

IIRC that's the poster that said he would murder his daughter if she came out as a lesbian, so I'm going to go with, yes, he did it.

I was swabbed in AL (voluntarily) as a victim of a violent crime. They wanted to be able to isolate my blood from the other guys.
I wasn't really big on it as I didn't want my shite to be on record, but my attorney told me to go ahead and do it unless I planned on killing or raping someone.
In hindsight I wish I hadn't done it, altho I don't plan on any killin' or rapin' anytime soon.
The murders I commit are rarely premeditated.

The DOJ requires all Federal prisoners to have a DNA test on file.

In other words, if Al Capone was still locked up and alive, the feds would swab him too. It's not just the new arrests, at least according to this guy.
Anyone know if the state of LA takes DNA from those who are still serving sentences for old convictions that pre-date the DNA era?

Take it easy. I didn't know you were banned for that, but you were sounding pretty serious when you were posting that stuff. I admit that I was prejudiced by your prior trolling. Congratulations on twice beating the violent crime charges.

Yeah no problem.
The Admins were kind enough for letting me back after being banned. I shall not troll again or post in similar topic threads on these forums as per the agreement for being allowed back.
I won't reveal what my charges were or if I did do them. But well sometimes it is a great thing having a mental health history a mile long. Allows a bit more leeway in likelihood of conviction in criminal charges at least in Georgia so long as the crime isn't sexual related or murder of which mine were obviously not.
