After suffering for quite some time with this I discovered there is no miracle cure.
Wipes and creams will offer temporary relief, but you’ll need to increase your water intake, eat more veggies, fruits and fiber to smooth things out..... if you know what I mean.
Also eat an apple or two every day and this should help as well.
I found after cleaning up my diet as referenced, it’s best to leave that area alone.
Be extra gentle when cleaning up the area, give it some time and you’ll start to feel better.
I was in so much pain I could barely sit down & It’s been two years since my issues occurred and I’ve had no trouble since after I made these changes.

The ones with phenylephrine do. Even the ones only soaked in Witch Hazel help cool, calm, and clean.
They are particularly helpful with bleeding 'rhoids. I ended up having surgery, though. It was a pain in the arse, to put it mildly.

Yes.
AND they are re-usable if you wash them after use.
